Co-Founder
Abhisek Rath leads product strategy and delivery at Hexmon,
overseeing the design, engineering, and execution of scalable
digital platforms. With deep experience in building SaaS and
mobile-first products, he specializes in translating business
objectives into robust product architectures and execution
frameworks.
He defines delivery models, technical roadmaps, and quality
benchmarks across engagements. His approach is grounded in
lean product development, user-centric design, and data-driven
decision-making — ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and
aligned with long-term business outcomes.
Abhisek drives cross-functional alignment across engineering,
design, and quality teams, enabling predictable delivery, strong
governance, and consistent execution standards across enterprise
and growth-stage clients.
Co-Founder
Subhransu Sekhar Samal leads growth, operations, and strategic
partnerships at Hexmon, focusing on building scalable operating
systems and sustainable business growth. He works closely with
client leadership teams to align product execution with go-to-
market strategies, commercialization goals, and measurable
performance indicators.
He oversees operational planning, delivery coordination, resource
optimization, and internal governance to ensure execution
efficiency across projects. His leadership emphasizes
transparency, rigor, and outcome-driven delivery models tailored
for enterprise and institutional clients.
Subhransu plays a key role in strengthening Hexmon’s market
presence, partner ecosystem, and long-term client relationships
